Will Hunter's best friend is trapped under glass. Will just found out his dad is the devil. He also just managed to survive a huge battle. Good times. What do you do to top that? Well, Will has discovered a breed of female demons and a girl with similar powers to him. This should be fun!
But it really isn't.
The characters didn't come off as believable as teenagers. Will comes off as perfect, never sarcastic or dumb or anything that would make him seem real. He's just too perfect. Teenagers get mad and stupid, it's ok. The relationship between Will and Natalie never comes off as love at all. They just seem awkward together.
I think that the book would benefit from a bit more editing, mostly in the characters.
This is really very interesting and romantic book. I read it 2 times.
