I've really like Chris Wooding's writing, so I gave this short story a shot.
In this story, a Lazarus Serum was developed. Yep, you guessed it, it brings the dead back to life. But once they are reanimated, they are completely white or 'pale'. The regular people are generally very mean to the Pales.
There's bullying, bad behavior and a moral. It's a little heavy-handed, even if i take it as a fable. Good idea though, I'd like to see it as a full-length story.
